Poornima Meegammana founded YES ~ Youth Empowerment Society in 2012 to Create a technology-based platform to empower youth and encourage participation in policy and development in Kandy City. YES Provided youth opportunities, space, training and networking to reach their full potential. YES began with 11 members and become an islandwide network for social change.
